Most orders ship within 24hours, however, some order may require 2 to 3 days to process.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Your shipping fees are actual shipping costs, and should you be charged more than that amount, the difference will be refunded to you. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Moreover, we ship with your selection of shipping carrier during check out in most cases, HOWEVER, some drop shipments will come from a different carrier than you have selected. There will also be time where we change the shipping company to including insurance based on the products you buy and where it is going to, AT OUR DISCRETION, please E-mail or call us before your order if you must have a particular shipping company-we will do our best to meet your needs. Additional cost my incur depending on the product with insurance if you require a specific carrier, hence the phone or E-mail conversation before placing the order (online pricing vs what it will actually cost).
We try to pick couriers that will handle the merchandise in the best way possible. As a side note, shipping costs go down considerably if you can have your box sent to a business address instead of a personal residence. This could put you in a category to be eligible for a refund on shipping!
We do not ship on weekends and carriers do not include weekend days or holidays as business days when determining transit times.
Reindeer Pass is not responsible for carrier delays and will only refund you for such delays if the carrier refunds us. If the freight is non-refundable due to their respective policies, we will not be able to issue a refund. There are many reasons why shipping refunds are not provided. Please visit the carrier's website for further details on their polices.
Orders refused upon delivery will be treated as returns. Shipping costs for both directions of travel will be deducted from the refund applied, please see our Return policy/page for more information.
Orders cannot be cancelled after an order has been shipped.
